4-star hotels in Somerville
A shortlist of the 4-star stays in Somerville, from a full-service hotel at Assembly Row to apartment-style rentals near Davis Square and the Cambridge line. It is for couples, families and longer-stay travellers who want space, parking and easy access to Boston and Cambridge.
Staying in Somerville
Somerville sits just north of Boston and beside Cambridge, and these addresses put you in the middle of that. The Row Hotel at Assembly Row Autograph Collection is on 360 Foley Street in the Assembly Row district. The apartment-style stays cluster in two pockets: 15 Maine Terrace and 45 Saint James Avenue toward Davis Square, and 30 Horace Street, 26 Fellsway West and 10 Inner Belt Rd closer to the Cambridge and Boston edges.
That matters for who each one suits. Most of the list is apartments with kitchens, laundry and free parking, which works for families and groups sharing three or more bedrooms, or for stays of several nights. The Row Hotel is the one full-service option, with a restaurant, indoor pool, spa and fitness centre, and its 4.5 guest rating from 708 reviews makes it the top-rated pick here. Business travellers and short-break visitors wanting a desk, concierge and daily service will lean that way; couples who want quiet and self-catering can take a smaller condo instead.
